In the fabric, sports bras generally have few pure cotton fabrics, more fabrics with mesh or quick-drying functions, but also consider elasticity, high-elastic fabrics are more conducive to sports, and the stitching process will be as flat as possible to increase the comfort of wearing.
How to properly wear a sports bra that suits you? Three steps to get started:
1. Reselect the size. The size of the sports bra is different from the size of conventional underwear, generally marked by S/M/L (large, medium, small), etc., it is best to re-measure your upper and lower bust data before purchasing, in most cases the following bust data as a reference for size selection, you can consult with the merchant for details.
2. Confirm exercise intensity.
